Key Responsibilities

Education and Consulting

  • Deliver comprehensive product education to Source end-users, covering both basic and advanced functionalities.
  • Provide expert guidance on payment methodologies, payment integrity, and healthcare operations.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions to assess client needs and identify suitable solutions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of client-facing educational services.

Issue Management and Escalation

  • Address inquiries and manage issues related to Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for critical client needs, leading the resolution of complex problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate problem interpretation and resolution.
  • Document client feedback and issues, partnering with relevant teams to drive service improvements.

Capability Development

  • Utilize and enhance tools and capabilities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Lead the development of new capabilities under the guidance of Service Delivery Leadership.

Team Management

  • Mentor and supervise Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Delivery staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health services administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certifications include AHIP, HFMA, AAPC, and/or AHIMA.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, education, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payment methodologies, and health plan operations.
  • Experience with claims adjudication systems and billing specifications.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and a rapidly changing environment.
