Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently perform setups of CPAP and RAD equipment while adhering to professional standards.
  • Possibly assist in the setup of oxygen delivery systems and other durable medical equipment (DME).
  • Complete all necessary documentation and provide thorough instructions to patients on the correct and safe usage of the equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of returned rental equipment in line with established protocols.
  • Maintain an organized and sanitary warehouse/storage area.
  • Monitor compliance reports for CPAP/RAD and follow up with patients who are not compliant.
  • Address patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including verifying insurance and confirming necessary items for shipment.
  • Oversee the compliance report for mdINR and engage with patients regarding their adherence.
  • Manage the oximetry process within the center.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Safety & Regulatory Manual, covering areas such as General Safety, OSHA, and Emergency Planning.
  • Represent the organization through professional appearance and patient care interactions.
  • Provide support to colleagues during periods of absence due to vacation or illness.
  • Also fulfill duties as a customer service representative, assisting patients with inquiries, answering calls, and processing orders for all products.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Education and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Completion of the company's Equipment Certification Program is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

The position may require the employee to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
