Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Plumas District Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care needs during office visits and assist nursing personnel and medical staff as needed.
  • Take accurate vital signs, perform necessary lab work, and ensure proper documentation in the patient's record.
  • Prepare patient rooms and equipment for procedures, assisting when necessary.
  • Assist in updating the medical record with relevant information.
  • Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
Requirements
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Medical or Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
  • Two years of clinic experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and equipment.
  • Proficient written and verbal skills.
