About the Role:

CorVel Corporation is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and developing clear and accurate reports that drive vital business decisions for CorVel and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reports that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop reports using various tools and technologies, including T-SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
  • Analyze and document technical changes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reports and data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence development, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of T-SQL, database design, and data modeling.
  • Ability to write complex stored procedures and optimize query performance.
  • Experience with reporting applications, such as Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with normalized and data warehouse database structures.
