Job Overview

Infojini Inc is in search of skilled professionals to fulfill the role of an Oracle Fusion Administrator. This position involves overseeing the deployment, upgrades, performance optimization, enhancements, and ongoing support of the Oracle Fusion system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with third-party integrators on the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project, focusing on requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment of ERP, EPM, and HCM solutions.
  • Engage with managed service providers for continuous deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure the Oracle Fusion suite's availability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and Oracle as necessary.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh timelines, and system outages effectively.
  • Maintain and update the Oracle technology roadmap.
Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in ERP administration.
  • At least three (3) years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Experience with at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to provide training to internal staff.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and EPM administration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion's AI functionalities.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Understanding of business process workflows and functional/technical design specifications.
  • Experience with data management and conversions.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
  • Experience with core technologies such as ServiceNow and Office365.
Certifications

At least one of the following certifications is preferred:

  • Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Enterprise Analytics Professional
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Digital Assistant Professional
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate

Experience in the public sector is a plus.
