Role Summary

The Site Reliability Engineering team at Dynatrace is committed to enabling our engineering teams to manage their services independently. We focus on fostering a NoOps mindset, providing expertise in delivery, automation, and remediation. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate within a dynamic, secure cloud environment, utilizing expertise across various IT disciplines and technologies.
  • Ensure the maintenance of service infrastructure to achieve high availability, performance, and an optimal customer experience.
  • Autonomously deploy and update systems, services, and supporting infrastructure to enhance processes and efficiency.
  • Prioritize security and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Implement fully automated processes to minimize manual tasks and boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with skilled engineers from diverse backgrounds in software engineering, system engineering, and product management.
  • Foster a supportive work culture that promotes growth and a healthy work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and execute automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Plan and manage system capacity to optimize resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the release and deployment of products while continuously refining existing processes.
  • Automate monitoring and alerting to enhance the efficiency, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage the Dynatrace platform to monitor and enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Enthusiastic about working on large-scale, highly secure systems.
  • Experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java.
  • Familiarity with Unix and Windows technologies, including DNS, SMTP, SSO, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of SAML in the context of SSO applications.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, ideally with experience in Kubernetes.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
