- Provide insightful responses: While you may not be an attorney, your knowledge will empower clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
- Facilitate a smooth transition: You will lead clients through a structured process, offering clarity and options that will help them make informed decisions about their legal representation.
Compensation: The position offers a starting salary of $50,000, with a bonus structure to be discussed after a probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline the onboarding process for new clients by organizing documentation and managing data entry within our case management system.
- Assess inquiries from potential clients, ensuring they feel acknowledged and understood while evaluating their case suitability.
- Oversee various administrative tasks, including email management, document organization, and research, to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client outreach and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate attorney schedules, including consultations with prospective clients, to support case growth.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
