Role Overview:
The Home Loan Specialist II plays a pivotal role in supporting various channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). In this capacity, you will be instrumental in ensuring streamlined and effective processes that align with business and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intricate data and document verification.
  • Resolve issues related to third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.).
  • Manage more complex inquiries via calls, emails, or chat sessions.
  • Complete tasks related to appraisal eligibility.
  • Assess loan applications for adherence to product guidelines.
  • Execute additional related duties as assigned.
  • Exhibit behaviors that reflect the organization's desired culture and values.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly in the mortgage sector, is preferred.
  • General knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
