DARCARS Automotive Group is a leading automotive dealership group dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service
- Meet and greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized sales experiences.
- Describe and demonstrate the features and benefits of new and used vehicles.
- Work with customers to identify their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations on vehicle selection.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge and Training
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of new and used vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Business Development and Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Administrative and Operational Tasks
- Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an asset.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the dealership.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
