Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet and greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized sales experiences.
    • Describe and demonstrate the features and benefits of new and used vehicles.
    • Work with customers to identify their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations on vehicle selection.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of new and used vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the dealership.
    • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
