About the Role

Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations of our 14-unit restaurant chain. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage products, while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of 14 restaurants, including quality control, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Develop and standardize recipes, menus, and food presentation aesthetics.
  • Manage food and beverage purchases, inventory, and budgets.
  • Lead a team of kitchen managers and staff, providing direction, supervision, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food sanitation regulations.
  • Plan and execute new menu rollouts, restaurant openings, and special events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive kitchen position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current restaurant industry trends and culinary creativity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Food Handler/Safe Serv certification required.
