Job Summary

Nuvance Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison Representative to support the business development needs of our organization. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and implementing effective sales and referral programs to achieve volume and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and service line management to ensure goals and objectives are implemented and achieved.
  • Promote the image and service of the organization through sales and marketing functions.
  • Research potential opportunities and trends, and communicate findings to the Manager.
  • Visit targeted physician offices to build rapport, address issues, and resolve concerns.
  • Work with the Manager to analyze referral activity and trends, and identify new potential referral sources.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to targeted physicians, services, and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of external field-based sales experience, with some program/project management experience.
  • Experience in a medical setting, hospital, or healthcare-related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and customer service focus.
  • Prior experience interacting with physicians, mid-level providers, and physician office staff is preferred.
Work Environment

This role will be based in the CT region, with standard hours of 40.00 and a work schedule of M-F daytime hours, with potential 7am or 5pm meetings.
