Job Summary

Nuvance Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison Representative to support the business development needs of our organization. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and implementing effective sales and referral programs to achieve volume and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and service line management to ensure goals and objectives are implemented and achieved.
  • Conduct pre-call planning for office visits to define objectives, plan discovery questions, anticipate objections, and prepare an effective approach.
  • Visit targeted physician offices to build rapport, address issues, and resolve concerns.
  • Analyze referral activity and trends, and collaborate with the Manager to review and resolve issues with declining referral sources.
  • Develop strategic communication plans relating to targeted physicians, services, and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of external field-based sales experience, along with some program/project management experience.
  • Experience in a medical setting, hospital, or healthcare-related field is preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires a sedentary/light effort, with little or no manual skills or motor coordination required. The working conditions are generally pleasant, with little or no potential for occupational risk.
