Job Summary

Nuvance Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison Representative to support the business development needs of our New York Region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and implementing effective sales and referral programs to achieve volume and revenue goals for Nuvance Health and its affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and service line management to ensure goals and objectives are implemented and achieved.
  • Conduct targeted office visits to build rapport with offices, address issues, and resolve concerns.
  • Analyze referral activity and trends to identify new potential referral sources and troubleshoot customer service issues.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote Nuvance Health services and programs.
  • Coordinate and implement special projects and functions as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of external field-based sales experience, with some program/project management experience.
  • Experience in medical settings, hospitals, or healthcare-related fields is preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. The work schedule is generally 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, but may include early morning or evening meetings with medical staff.
