Incident Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Incident Management Specialist to support our major IT systems and resolve critical incidents in accordance with service level agreements and operational level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports major IT systems incident management processes and resolutions.
  • Coordinates appropriate resources to resolve critical incidents.
  • Ensures effective communication during major system outages.
  • Documents and chronicles events during incident management conference calls.

Requirements:
  • Incident Management experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to respond with a sense of urgency.
  • Process-oriented and technically inclined across multiple IT platforms.
