Job Summary

This role involves performing SailPoint integration work, specifically integrating with OKTA. The successful candidate will work with different business clients to understand user requirements and design solutions that fit into SailPoint IIQ without disturbing existing functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • 15% - Requirements Gathering: Gathering requirements from business stakeholders and converting them into technical details.
  • 15% - Analysis and Resolution: Finding the root cause of production incident tickets and fixing issues, maintaining a run-book with technical documentation.
  • 10% - Enhancements: Enhancing Out of the Box functionality according to client requirements and pushing it to production, modifying existing certifications.
  • 5% - Design for Solution: Working with business clients to understand user requirements and design solutions that fit into SailPoint IIQ.
  • 25% - Development: Gathering information related to end applications, creating provisioning rules to automate access and removal, modifying or creating new workflows.
  • 10% - Maintenance: Archiving old work items, audit events, and identity snapshots in a separate database.
  • 15% - Role Management: Developing account selector rules to automate role routing, configuring bundle workflows.
  • 5% - Application Onboarding: Migrating bulk users, bringing users and user-related groups into SailPoint IIQ.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in SailPoint integration.
