Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a Team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze and Improve Production: Analyze production data, implement process improvements, and maintain production metrics.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety practices, quality standards, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree in business or engineering-related field required, bachelor's preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
