  • Signature Services: Deliver the Senior Lifestyle Corporation's Signature Services, which are key components of our community's image and level of service, differentiating us from competitors.
  • Employee On-Boarding: Play a crucial role in the Employee On-Boarding process, acting as a liaison between Human Resources and new hires, reinforcing expectations and standards.
  • Dining Experience: Work with the Dining Staff to support a polished hospitality approach to dining room service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our residents.
  • Special Events: Assist in coordinating and overseeing special community events, ensuring every detail is attended to and our residents feel valued and appreciated.
  • New Resident Integration: Ensure every department is notified of new move-ins, facilitating their integration into community activities and meals.
  • Hospitality Training: Support the development and operation of the Ambassador program and provide hospitality training to the community's staff.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field, with three plus years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely and effectively, excellent organization skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
