- Dining Experience: Work with the Dining Staff to support a polished hospitality approach to dining room service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our residents.
- Special Events: Assist in coordinating and overseeing special community events, ensuring every detail is attended to and our residents feel valued and appreciated.
- New Resident Integration: Ensure every department is notified of new move-ins, facilitating their integration into community activities and meals.
- Hospitality Training: Support the development and operation of the Ambassador program and provide hospitality training to the community's staff.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field, with three plus years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely and effectively, excellent organization skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
