Job Title: VP, MCO SalesAbout the Role

Sandata Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced VP, MCO Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations and achieve assigned sales/revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop adequate leads to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Use consultative selling techniques in conjunction with a strong understanding of market drivers and technology to construct, present and sell innovative solutions.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to provide 100% total addressable marketing coverage.
  • Complete all sales activities and administrative activities, including lead follow-up, CRM documentation, accurate pipeline reporting, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry associations and leaders to maintain Sandata's brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Support the voice of the customer function to provide feedback to product teams.
  • Participate in various team meetings as requested.
  • Ensure security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of healthcare sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong Domain expertise in areas of Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Medicaid.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy level.
  • Demonstrated sales track record in highly competitive environments with the ability to identify and prospect new logo opportunities, successfully navigate complex buying processes, negotiate and close contracts.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining detail orientation. Clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with external clients and partners.
  • Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with internal/external staff.
  • Creative thinker/problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • High motivation, a desire to win, and a desire to work for a winning organization.
