As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the general accounting function, including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers, and performing account and bank reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze key journal entries, including prepaids, sales returns and allowances, inventory reserves, and other critical financial areas.
  • Complete monthly financial close activities in strict adherence to the closing schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct thorough account analysis and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts, promptly identifying discrepancies and escalating them to the Controller as needed.
  • Reconcile international intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global financial standards.
  • Support audit processes through detailed preparation and coordination, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls, enhancing procedural integrity and compliance.
  • Contribute to special projects as required, providing management with high-quality support on strategic financial initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
