About the Role

The Inbound Operations Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores' inbound processes. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, as well as overseeing the team responsible for these tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of hourly team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly workload to ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the ETL to identify and implement process improvements and workload efficiency initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and guest shopping patterns.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lead and hold others accountable, learn and adapt to current technology needs, work independently and as part of a team, manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, and remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
