We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Team at Providence Bank & Trust. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in enhancing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and meeting their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support relationship building efforts within the branch by fostering strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
  • Accurately process various financial transactions and/or bank transactions within the branch, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Contribute to overall branch operation by working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience: One (1) year of job-related experience preferably in a banking, sales, or customer service environment.
  • Other: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Banking experience.
  • Effective customer relationship building skills, including the ability to sell, cross-sell, and refer products.
  • Basic knowledge of retail products, policy, and procedures, documentation, and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
