Job Summary

As a member of the Information Systems team at SNI Technology, this role will provide first-level support for all PCs, Printers, Thin Clients, Point of Sale Terminals, and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing required installs, configurations, and maintenance of applications on PCs, as well as providing computer support to system users and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain applications on PCs
  • Provide technical support to system users and customers
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the Information Systems team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of IT systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide effective support
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and friendly team member with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • General knowledge of hardware and software platforms
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Possess or obtain CompTIA A+ certification and obtain Network+ or Security+ certification within 6 months of employment
