Job DescriptionAt Principle Auto, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service drive team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and teamwork with fellow associates.
  • Commit to ethical behavior and mutual respect for fellow associates.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
  • Some computer proficiency is necessary for tasks such as managing customer information and communicating with management.
  • Follow directions well and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Cross-trained in the Transportation department to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Must have a high energy personality and be able to smile consistently when interacting with customers.
  • Follow the 10 Foot Rule: greet customers in a customer area and ask if they've been assisted. If not, ask how you can help and get the first available personnel if needed.
  • Ask yourself daily: 'If I were a customer, what would I want?' Then do your best to provide that kind of solution for your customer at every opportunity.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours, walk quickly, and run as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays and holidays.
  • High School Diploma is a must.
  • Must be proficient in English and able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good oral communication skills are essential for effective customer communication.
  • Clean driving record and a valid state of residence driver's license are required.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
  • Professional personal appearance is expected.
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public and communicate customer interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.


Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and walk quickly.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Proficient in English.


Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to stand, use hands to hold, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to talk, hear, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and depth perception.
