About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sustainable Home Lending team at Credit Human. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in advancing the success of our sustainable lending initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor dealer activities across multiple online sources to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee all communication channels to assist and support our dealers and members.
  • Execute requested updates from dealers and members in various systems utilized by the SustainableHome Lending division.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, financial services, and/or indirect lending.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, financial services, and/or indirect lending.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills to identify creative and meaningful solutions.
  • Exceptional listening skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and successfully prioritizing work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
