Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling guest rooms and meeting facilities to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate meeting room details, incoming inquiries, and proactive sales calls
  • Assist with tradeshows, sales blitzes, and other promotional events
  • Conduct property tours and present Drury Hotel's value proposition to clients
  • Develop sales leads through research and awareness of present guests and internet lead sources
  • Assist with sales plans by researching competition, city events, and venue partnerships
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
