As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling our guest rooms and meeting facilities, working closely with the sales and hotel leadership teams to drive revenue growth and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meeting room details, incoming inquiries, and proactive sales calls to build relationships with existing clients and secure new business.
  • Assist with tradeshows, sales blitzes, and other promotional events to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Develop sales leads through research and awareness of present guests, internet, and other lead sources.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute meeting functions, including room blocks, meeting room functions, F&B, AV, and more.
  • Conduct property tours to showcase Drury Hotel's value proposition and amenities.
