Your Responsibilities

As the Senior Analyst in Financial Planning & Reporting, you will contribute to a transformative initiative aimed at optimizing the Finance function to foster business growth and scalability.

Data Harmonization:

  • Validation and reconciliation of financial data across multiple reporting systems.
  • Collaboration with business unit finance teams to ensure data readiness.
  • Implementation of governance principles to maintain data integrity.
  • Establishment and documentation of standardized financial planning and reporting processes.
Ongoing Responsibilities - Financial Planning & Reporting Service Delivery:
  • Accountable for all planning and reporting processes led by FPRC for 1-2 business units.
  • Manage updates and refreshes of complex Power BI dashboards.
  • Meet or exceed commitments in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with standardized processes and data governance principles.
  • Continuously enhance processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop key capabilities in financial planning and reporting (e.g., predictive analytics, dashboarding, etc.).
  • Engage in special projects as the team expands into new areas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required
  • Experience in creating Power BI Dashboards: Required
  • Experience in developing and applying financial planning and reporting capabilities: Required
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data accurately and efficiently
You will need to reside within commuting distance to our office. A hybrid work model allows for in-office presence two days a week, with flexibility to work from home on other days.

Travel Percentage: 10%
