LHH is partnering with a high-growth, family office seeking a seasoned Financial Director to drive strategic decision-making and financial planning. This individual will collaborate with various departments to analyze data and work closely with upper-level management to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with business partners to create a high-performing corporate culture that fosters forward-thinking insights
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, ensuring accurate reporting and variance analysis
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions, identifying potential areas of opportunity or risk
  • Design and implement dashboards for data manipulation and visualization, empowering stakeholders with actionable information
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level management, presenting findings and recommendations as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Investment Banking, with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced expertise in Excel, as well as experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI
  • At least 1+ year of management experience, with a strong focus on leadership and team development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to various stakeholders
