About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Senior to join our team at RightWorks Staffing. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in conducting engagement projects for privately owned middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits and risk assessments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners to develop audit plans, programs, and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Identify and recommend creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Pursue opportunities to provide additional services and retain current clients.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
