Job Title: Industrial Sales Representative

Bruske Products is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the industrial manufacturing market and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and develop new accounts in the industrial manufacturing market.
  • Educate potential customers on our products and services, and how they can benefit their operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, demonstrating new product offerings to increase customer retention.
  • Identify new areas of growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts on sales activity and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial manufacturing market.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial manufacturing market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
