**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Scot Forge. As a critical member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within our target markets.

**About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Serve as the main customer contact, facilitating the customer experience and increasing share of business, total spend, and overall profitability.
  • Process requests for proposals, purchase orders, and complex contract reviews.
  • Resolve customer issues, change requests, quality audits, approved vendor documentation, production status updates, and expedite requests.
  • Liaise between internal functional departments and the customer.

**Benefits:**

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of applicable work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Familiarity with internal quoting and order systems.
