Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Clinicians to ensure high-quality clinical services
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct clinical evaluations and assessments to determine client needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
