Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Clinicians to ensure high-quality clinical services
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and assessments to determine client needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
