Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMFT) to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As an Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional mental health services to children and families in need.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Similar
  • LCSW, LMFT, and BBS licensure in the state of California is a MUST
  • 1-2 years of experience providing mental health services to children and families preferably in a community setting
  • Bilingual Clinicians (Spanish fluent) are preferred
  • Exceptional clinical skills and experience in providing therapy for individuals, groups, and families
  • Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ability to adapt interventions to meet individual clients' needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
