Job Summary

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Registering guests, issuing room keys, and providing information on hotel services and room locations.
  • Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintaining the security of cash, credit card transactions, and guest information.
  • Booking guest reservations.
  • Promoting teamwork and quality service.
  • Ensuring guest special requests are fulfilled.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service experience.
  • Previous background from the extended stay industry preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
