Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead game subscription campaigns across Console In-Product surfaces. As a key leader of the Console Digital Marketing team, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving game sales, gaming subscription sign ups, upgrades, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns for Console In-Product for gaming subscriptions across all endpoints.
• Recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy and ongoing testing plans.
• Draft production workbooks to detail campaign plans for programming team.
• Continue to iterate new creative ideas to evolve campaign strategies as business goals and priorities evolve.
• Track performance of campaigns.
• Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd party partner teams.
• Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in advertising, media planning, product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, business strategy or programming.
• Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance.
• Outstanding project management and time management.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
• Strong communicator across all aspects of campaign development.
• Analytical mindset for continuous improvement.
• Understanding of subscriptions, entertainment, or technology business.
• Knowledge of consumer subscriptions services and content marketing.
