Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the achievement and exceedance of sales targets by coordinating sales activities, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Customer Interface

You will serve as the primary customer interface, responding to emails and calls, answering queries, and informing customers of delays and arranging delivery dates.

Order Management

You will be responsible for handling orders, checking them through the contract review process and commercial requirements, and inputting orders into the ERP system.

Process Management

You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, following up on customer schedules and purchase orders updates, and reporting them to the concerned parties.

Collaboration and Reporting

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure sales success, developing and reporting backlog, sales targets, and progress, as well as reporting AOP and Sales Attainment files.

Shipping and Invoicing

You will develop and implement shipping and invoicing plans, and ensure that invoices are uploaded to customers in a timely manner.

Price Adjustments and Quoting

You will adjust prices yearly through raw material and labor passthrough, and quote production parts as needed.

Financial Planning and Reporting

You will report on 5-year financial plans and ensure adherence to LTAs.
