Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Market Coordinator to join our team at Walmart. As a Market Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating financial and business data management, analyzing data and information, and developing recommendations and action plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data and information, including budgets, human resource data, and business performance data.
  • Compile and reconcile data, identify and escalate risks and concerns, and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Perform follow-up monitoring of identified issues, escalate outstanding issues for further remediation, and compile and reconcile data.
  • Create and maintain reports, process and approve invoices and expense reports within established parameters.
  • Identify and escalate data errors, review data for completeness, and draft, proof, and update presentations, reports, and templates using computer software.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for action, including human resources compliance concerns, training completion, expenses, accidents, wages, and overtime data.
  • Process and administer transactions on behalf of the Market Manager using systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Associate's Degree or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's administration experience or 2 years' retail work experience.
  • 1 year's experience handling and maintaining confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Analysis experience.
  • Experience managing calendar for 1 or more senior business leaders.
  • General administrative experience supporting senior business leaders.
