LEO Events is seeking a skilled Event Operations Coordinator to join our team in Memphis, TN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing operations in support of our local events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support local events and operations by attending site visits and executing onsite operations as needed.
- Turn-key execution and operations for events as needed.
- Assist with internal events as needed.
- Manage client goals and objectives, working with clients to establish event objectives and operational needs.
- Assist with the maintenance of vendor relationships.
- Schedule part-time employee shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
- Event, hospitality, logistics, and/or transportation experience with 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Memphis market.

Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:
Employee required to spend a portion of time remaining in a seated position looking at a computer screen. Employee will be required to do some standing and walking. Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. Employee will be in a well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
