Job Description

LEO Events is seeking a skilled Event Operations Coordinator to join our team in Memphis, TN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing operations in support of our local events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local events and operations by attending site visits and executing onsite operations as needed.
  • Turn-key execution and operations for events as needed.
  • Assist with internal events as needed.
  • Manage client goals and objectives, working with clients to establish event objectives and operational needs.
  • Assist with the maintenance of vendor relationships.
  • Schedule part-time employee shifts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
  • Event, hospitality, logistics, and/or transportation experience with 1+ years of experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Memphis market.

Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:

Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. Employee will be in a well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
