Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

As an Industrial Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Development and implementation of process improvements
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

You will also have the opportunity to travel twice monthly in North America to support business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, operations management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
