Job Overview

A reputable Private Hearing Healthcare practice in the Haledon, NJ area is seeking a full-time and part-time Audiologist to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a licensed professional with a sales aptitude and willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hearing aid dispensing experience, working with children and adults, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Bi-lingual individuals are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective rapport with patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing aids.
  • Make ear impressions and ear molds, order instruments, and fit hearing aids with adjustments as needed.
  • Counsel patients and their family members effectively, answering questions and explaining results professionally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient files, making referrals and writing reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Active and current hearing aid dispensing license in the state of NJ.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, handle high patient volume, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and physicians.

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive compensation package including a salary range of $45.00 - $52.00 per hour, PTO time, Healthcare Stipend, and Paid Holidays for full-time employees after the 90-day probation period.
