This role is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships within a designated market./ppThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction market, local energy codes, and building practices. They will be a proactive self-starter who works to implement sales strategies and tactical plans, ensuring consistent business growth despite economic fluctuations./ppThis role serves as the primary liaison between ARCXIS and its clients, handling day-to-day sales functions, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through project delivery./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions./liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth within assigned accounts./liliPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients./liliCollaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Project Coordination, to ensure flawless service delivery./liliMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and changes in local energy codes to inform sales strategy and adjust approaches./liliExecute sales plans and strategies created in collaboration with the Account Manager and/or Regional Vice President to achieve regional growth targets./liliLeverage ARCXIS' full suite of services and the ARCXIS sales methodology to identify, target, and close new business opportunities./liliMaintain professionalism in all client-facing interactions, projecting a commitment to continuous self-development./liliTrack and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust tactics as necessary to optimize client acquisition and retention./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliBachelor's Degree, some college coursework or trade certificates/lili5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in T24 Energy & Residential Home building./lili3+ years experience in relevant construction/building field doing project management, construction administration, purchasing, estimating, land development, and HVAC (Green building or energy efficiency preferred)/liliLEED Green Associate (GA) or Accredited Professional (AP) or any type of green building or energy efficiency accolades or certification/liliExperience managing client relationships/liliPossess first class oral & written communication skills/liliStrong written and verbal presentation skills/liliHave an entrepreneurial spirit, and be able to work independently, Self-motivated, organizational skills/liliHave reliable transportation/liliAbility to conduct research, learn new technologies, and communicate findings orally or in writing/liliStrong in-person presentation skills/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulli401(k)/lili401(k) matching/liliDental insurance/liliEmployee assistance program/liliHealth insurance/liliHealth savings account/liliLife insurance/liliPaid time off/liliReferral program/liliTuition reimbursement/liliVision insurance/li
