Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Live Urgent Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and refine the patient registration process to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.
  • Verify insurance details with precision and address discrepancies to prevent payment delays and enhance the revenue cycle.
  • Conduct detailed audits to uphold high standards of data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop, create, and deliver comprehensive training and educational materials to elevate staff capabilities in registration and insurance verification.
  • Run daily reports and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve patient registration efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to support claims processing and resolve patient billing inquiries and concerns.
