Job Title: Intake Coordinator

Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the intake process for new patients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the intake process for new patients, including scheduling appointments and completing necessary paperwork
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate, including medical records and insurance information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and intake processes
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
