Director of Child Development: Funded Preschool Position

Cora Services Inc. is committed to delivering high-quality educational services that foster the growth and development of young children. We seek a dedicated and experienced educator to fill the role of Lead Teacher (Funded Preschool) at our Olde Richmond location in Philadelphia.

This 10-month position comes with a competitive salary of $43,431, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing engaging curriculum that aligns with OCDEL-approved standards.
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with Keystone STARS standards and other regulatory requirements.

To be considered, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with early childhood populations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of child development and education best practices.
