POSITION TITLE:
Clinical Program Manager

REPORTS TO (TITLE): Director of Clinical Services

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing treatment program development, case management, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of clinical services and discharge planning within the facility.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct audits of patient charts to ensure adherence to all treatment plan requirements, including regular reviews and updates with patients, as evidenced by patient signatures, initials, and dates of completion.

Manage the workload of clinical and case management staff, prioritizing assignments, assessing performance, interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with HR for disciplinary actions when necessary.

Participate in relevant meetings in the absence of the Director of Clinical Services.

Identify areas for improvement and propose changes to enhance program performance and services, including training and interventions based on evidence-based practices.

Maintain effective professional relationships and communication with both internal and external stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.

Provide consultation and support for complex cases as needed.
Offer clinical supervision to clinicians pursuing licensure.
Adhere to the organization's ethical standards and customer service expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

A minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in an inpatient setting serving individuals with severe mental illness.

Current licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing with the relevant licensing board. Candidates currently enrolled in a Ph.D./Psy.D. Intern School Program may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval from the CEO.
Current CPR and Handle With Care (HWC) certification or completion during the initial orientation period.
