About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Salt Lake City. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our extensive building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire safety.

As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will prioritize and handle a variety of emergency and routine trouble calls, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also act as the personal representative of the Director of Engineering and Maintenance, overseeing a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and complete emergency and routine trouble calls, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and passengers.
  • Oversee a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with local utility companies and contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs.
  • Operate and monitor a complex Computerized Building Management System to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, FAA regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of journey-level work experience and training with maintenance equipment.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of safety rules and hazards, and ability to apply accident prevention measures.
  • Valid driver's license or driving privilege card.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, graveyard, weekends, and holidays.
