Behavioral Health Specialist Lead

As a Senior Counselor, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating services and supports in schools and communities, working closely with students, families, and educators to promote academic success and well-being.
With a strong focus on behavioral health, you will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement evidence-based programs and services that support the unique needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavioral health programs and services that meet the needs of students and families.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students and families.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to develop and implement school-based programs and services.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address the behavioral health needs of students and families.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work).
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work) preferred.
- Teaching certification or experience working with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
