Electronic Combat Solutions Portfolio Lead

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Engineering Lead to join our Electronic Combat Solutions team. This role involves a combination of collaborative and independent work, with a focus on developing technology for the future.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering development and transition to production of complex electronic systems, as well as experience leading new business captures and proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with and support the Product Area Director to develop and deliver products and systems that meet customer needs.
- Lead engineering efforts across multiple projects, ensuring technical and work scope meets requirements, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with program managers, functional engineering managers, and operations to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of technical leadership experience and mission/domain knowledge of emerging RF capabilities.
- Active Secret Security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access clearances.
- Aptitude for Agile Methodologies and Lean Product Development.
Estimated salary range: $147,300 - $250,400 per year.
