Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Printer Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Printer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our clients' printer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for HP printers and other brands such as Xerox, Toshiba, and Lexmark.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure printers are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with hardware vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with the implementation of new printer technologies and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their printer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in printer support or a related field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HP printers and other brands.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and LogMeIn.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment.
