Printer Support Specialist

Printer Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Printer Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Printer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our clients' printer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for HP printers and other brands such as Xerox, Toshiba, and Lexmark.
- Resolve printer-related issues and perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal printer performance.
- Collaborate with hardware vendors to resolve complex printer issues.
- Support the implementation of Smart Locker and other printer-related projects.
- Assist with asset management and disposals.
- Provide VIP support and take immediate action to resolve critical printer issues.
- Perform software break/fix, IMACs, and refresh tasks.
- Support peripherals such as scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers.
- Basic experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred but not required.
- Experience with LogMeIn is also a plus.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in printer support, with a focus on HP printers.
- Certified HP Printer support is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Covid vaccinated is a must.
